Google & Doubleclick takeover cleared by Kroes
11 Mar
Oh, I just want to air my opinion on this takeover. Last thing I’ll do today; I’m going to watch Law & Order
Why would Neelie Kroes, famous for fining Microsoft 1.5 billion dollars, approve of a takeover that would enable Google to link its own data to the personal data acquired by Doubleclick. Yes that’s right, or as much as I know of it, Google would know who you would be when searching and could link that information to the advertisements they are going to show you. Big Brother is watching us one way or the other, first ‘we’ were afraid of Microsoft, now we probably will be afraid of Google in the near future. I’m a liberal, but corporate power shouldn’t be this focused in my opinion, corruption would pay of more, the bigger the scale of a company.
